"Not exactly happy with the extremely short term "relationship" my fiance and I had with this company. Called on a Monday in late February and asked for someone to come out and give me (the HOA) a quote on doing the "common areas" in our neighborhood since we don't like our current lawn maintenance company. We agreed to meet up that coming Thursday between 4-4:30 PM and no one ever showed up and we were never given a courtesy call. Complete waste of our evening. It's now March 3 and we still haven't been contacted (I don't expect anything at this point).

After writing my initial review, the company reached out to me and apologized and we set up a new day and time to meet. Mike came out and was very nice to talk business with. They’re honest people and are honest with their pricing. Our HOA Board looks forward to building a working relationship with Reflections!"

"We had work done at our home to install a French drain system and do driveway work. We have so many great things to say about everyone that was included with our project. First, we left a message for someone to call us back for an estimate. By the end of the day, Mike, our sales rep, called us back to set up an appointment for the next morning at 8 AM. He showed up at the time scheduled which impressed us that he was on time. Mike, our sales rep, proceeded to tell us what the project would entail and how the project would be completed. He was very professional, and we agreed to have them proceed with the project. They were able to start the job within 1 week. The crew that showed up were great. Tyler was in charge and Billy assisted him. They were outstanding. They were both very informative and polite and very hard workers. They both showed up early every day and stayed until dark. They were both great. They always kept us informed and always asked if the job was going as described. They were both very professional and easy to work with daily. We have only great things to say about Tyler and Billy. We decided to have some additional work done while they were here since we were so impressed with the original work completed. I was a business owner in Tampa for 30 years. These are the kind of Gentleman you want working for you. Once again, they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Thank you again to Mike, Tyler and Billy, We highly recommend Reflections Landscaping for any job. We will be using them again for future work. JOB WELL DONE!!
